How It Works
This is the room.
Eight to ten accomplished men — the same men, month after month — who meet for one long working session and bring their hardest decisions into the care of the Table.
Here is exactly how it works, and who it is for.
What Membership Holds
Twelve Watches a year
One full working session each month, in person.
Twelve private Monthly Counsels
One hour a month of one-to-one coaching with your Chair.

On the things that actually decide a second half: the company, the marriage, the faith, the leadership, and the legacy.
Membership is annual, the way a serious board seat has always been.
The Watch
One long working session each month.
Roughly five hours, in person. Nothing is handed down from the front of the room. The work is whatever the men bring. A typical Watch moves through:
The Chair
Every Table is led by a trained Chair.
He is not a lecturer, a therapist, a consultant, or a spiritual director. He is the guardian of the room — he frames the issue, holds the discipline, draws out the lived experience of the men, and protects the confidence that makes the room work.
Once a month, he meets each member privately for the Monthly Counsel — a coaching hour turned entirely to that man’s hardest calls at work, at home, and in his faith; the commitments he has made; and the next move he must make.
For the founding San Antonio Table, the Chair is the founder himself.
Know Yourself First
Four instruments. A truer read on yourself.
Before a man sits at the Table, and on a rhythm after, four instruments give him a truer read on himself than most men reach in a lifetime — what he is chasing, what shadows him, where his fires stand, and how he is built.
The first of them, the Pursuit, is open to anyone and asks nothing from you. No name. No email. Not ever.
The Bearings
Every man begins with the Bearings.
A founder-led welcome before his first Watch. In a small group, your diagnostics are read back to you, and you learn how the room actually works: why the Table shares experience rather than advice, and what makes a good member.
Then, one to one, the founder walks you through your Grain — how you’re built to work, where you’ll thrive, and where you’ll have to watch yourself.
It is $2,000, and every member goes through it. For founding members, it is included.
What the Table Is Not
The Table is none of them.
Most men will reach for a category they already know.
Who the Table Is For

- ◇Proven leaders. Owners, CEOs, partners, and senior executives who carry real responsibility. We screen for responsibility, not revenue or company size.
- ◇Catholic men who take the faith seriously — or who are ready to come home to it.

$9,000 a year, locked for life, for the first ten men to charter the San Antonio Table.
